· Exchange or return requests for any product delivered to the user in response to a purchase order from the website are subject to the exchange and return policy outlined below. The user acknowledges their acceptance and agreement to abide by the exchange and return policy when purchasing products from the Shura electronic platform.

· Shura guarantees you the right to exchange or return the product you purchased with a full refund without giving reasons, in accordance with the following conditions:
1. The exchange or return request must be made within fourteen days from the date of receipt.
2. The product must be in the same condition it was in at the time of receipt and must not have been opened, operated, or used in any way.
3. The product must be in the original packaging in which it was received.
4. The product must be accompanied by the original tax invoice (the customer must be provided with a tax invoice, which is not required at Shura).
5. The serial number must be clear and legible and must not have been tampered with, altered, concealed, or removed in any way.
6. The product must include all its accessories, including, but not limited to, spare parts, accessories, user manual, and free gifts (if any).
Al-Shura also guarantees you the right to replace or return the product you purchased with a full refund if you receive a defective product, one with an operational error, or one unfit for the intended use, subject to the following conditions:
1. The replacement or return request must be made within thirty days of the date of receipt.
2. There must be no shortage of any of the product's contents, including, but not limited to, spare parts, user manual, and free gifts (if any).
3. The product must be accompanied by the original tax invoice. (A tax invoice must be provided to the customer.)
4. This damage or defect must not have resulted from an installation or operation error by the customer or from the user's mishandling of the product.
If you receive a defective product, or if an error occurred during installation or operation, please contact us immediately at 01119433879 to inspect and prepare a technical report confirming the defect. In this case, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund within 30 days.
Please note:
1. Shura reserves the right to reject your replacement or refund request if it does not meet the conditions above (at its sole discretion), without any liability to Shura for such rejection.
2. The price of the product you wish to return will be refunded using the same payment method or any other method Miraco deems appropriate.
3. You will be entitled to exchange the product for another of the same or higher value.
4. Please note that you must review and inspect the product packaging thoroughly before receiving it. Once you accept the product after reviewing it with the delivery representative at the delivery location, any scratches, cuts, or defects are your sole responsibility, and you will not have the right to return or exchange the product to the company.
You acknowledge and agree that regarding the product's conformity to the technical specifications, installation locations, and appropriate spaces advertised on the electronic platform, you acknowledge and agree that they have been reviewed and verified to match the capacity you selected for your installation and operating conditions.
